Job Description:
Survey and analyze the enterprise’s manufacturing processes to determine requirements for MES/MOM system implementation.
Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of manufacturing management systems, covering Production Management, Quality Management, Material Management, Equipment Management, and Traceability.
Integrate MES/MOM with other systems such as ERP, SCADA, PLC, and IoT, as well as factory machinery.
Configure production data, process workflows, bills of materials (BOM), machinery, personnel details, and other relevant information.
Develop or customize functions, interfaces, and reports based on client requirements.
Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and optimize the system prior to deployment.
Support on-site system implementation, provide user guidance, and train operational staff.
Monitor performance, handle post-implementation issues, and assist with system maintenance and upgrades.
Coordinate with IT, production, quality, and engineering departments, as well as clients, throughout the project implementation process.
Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and system acceptance documentation.
